About Melinda Estridge

The Estridge Group is a team of highly specialized professionals who can provide buyers and sellers with personal service and an expert understanding of real estate in the Bethesda-Chevy Chase, MD and Washington, D.C. areas. Instead of just having one expert in your corner as with other real estate teams, we give you access to seven group members, each with his or her own skills and experiences to help you get through the process of buying and selling as smoothly and as quickly as possible.

Previously Vice-President of a local mortgage company, his extensive background in finance benefits both our Buyers and Sellers.     After receiving his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida, Scott returned to the D.C. Metropolitan Area where he grew up. Initially working as a Real Estate advertising executive for USA Today, Scott was the recipient of the prestigious "Hero of the Year" President's Circle award. Actively engaged in property management, Scott has dedicated himself to real estate full-time. As Scott tells us, "I developed a love for real estate around the same time I bought my first hotel playing Monopoly."
