The charming Section 4 community, located in the Town of Chevy Chase, has an eclectic mix of beautiful homes, including Greek revivals, colonials, Dutch colonials, and Spanish-styled homes. Most homes were built in the 1940s, with some built as early at the 1920s and 1930s. A few newer homes are sprinkled throughout the community. Lots are smaller, but large enough to afford privacy. Tree-lined streets beckon for lazy evening strolls, or you can take the short walk to downtown Bethesda. Section 4 is also within walking distance to the Bethesda Metro stop, and the Leland Community Center offers recreational opportunities.
