The Palisades is a small town located in northwest Washington D.C. between the Key and Chain bridges. Compared to many of the other communities in the nation’s capital, The Palisades is unique because it has its own main street that runs through the neighborhood to serve as its hub. Along MacArthur Boulevard, residents and visitors can find national retailers, locally-owned specialty shops, numerous restaurants, and many other businesses.
The Palisades also has a diverse selection of housing styles and options – from Victorian townhomes to quaint cottages and single family homes. Many homes can be found along the banks of the Potomac River or tucked between scenic trails, where residents can take advantage of the neighborhood’s peaceful surroundings.
